At Sidephone, we stand by the quality of our refurbished and new electronics, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. All returned devices must be in their original condition with all included accessories and security locks removed.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sidephone account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to erase your personal data and ensure all cloud-based accounts, such as iCloud or Google, are fully signed out and deactivated.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
